Okay so I don't know why, but that story just reminded me of "I Can't hear You, I Can't Hear You!"
And I laughed...
It's even sadder if you're at home and find yourself transfixed by that moving map. You start to things like, "Yeah, honey, I'll get to (insert the task here) as soon as the storm clouds clear Omaha."
Rachel, You saying that made me think of the time I first shared that story with you (story, yes, but a true one) and then you laughed, but you didn't swallow all the way, so...well. And it was just like a cloud on The Weather Channel spitting out rain, but more like Sprite...out...from you...there. What? ICouldntHearYOUUU.
