Can we be really, really candid for a moment?
I kinda ignore stop signs in parking lots, like at the mall and Target and such. Yeah, I see 'em. And I slow down, but, really. STOP? C'mon. What's the point. Is that guy with the yellow/orange (annoying) security flashers gonna chase me?
Instead of a Stop SIGN, isn't more like a Stop SuGGESTION?
Do you stop?

Didn't. Then I hit a car not stopping in the Penny's parking lot. And to add insult to injury, the police won't file any accident reports on private property.
Ouch. Rach, that hurts to read because damages bring pain and cost and hassle. I'm sorry to hear that.
So...you're not gonna start stopping, are you? 'Cause I would just avoid Penny's, where few things ARE just a penny.
